The Web Portal is intentionally **non‑interactive** and **non‑privileged**.

### **Hosting Model**
- GitHub Pages (static hosting)  
- Immutable builds  
- No server‑side execution

The portal exposes **no attack vectors** beyond static file delivery.

## 🔥 **3. Chain Engine Security (Backend)**

The Chain Engine is the **operational core** and must remain **isolated**.

### **Security Requirements**
- Runs on secured hardware (local workstation or private server)  
- No public RPC exposure  
- No inbound connections from the internet  
- Firewall‑restricted environment  
- Optional offline‑first operation  

### **Sensitive Components**
- Genesis block  
- Validator keys  
- Ritual Engine (Genesis → Echo → Closure)  
- Echo registry  
- Payout logic  
- Driftpoint (Skeletton™) modules  

### **Operational Controls**
- Only validator‑authorized personnel may operate the engine  
- All rituals must be executed via deterministic scripts  
- All artifacts must be audit‑sealed and stored securely

- Only verified Besu/Geth binaries

- No auto‑updating components  
- All dependencies must be pinned
